Role: Supply Planning Analyst

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply flows to meet service targets while minimizing waste
• Review and support the management of replenishment proposals from distribution centers to stores based on demand forecasts
• Support the oversight and execution of automated replenishment processes using advanced planning tools and analyze performance metrics such as service level, stock turns, stock outs, DOH, and safety stocks
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and operations teams to align on lead times, promotions, and store inventory strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply planning and replenishment processes

• Planning and organization skills to manage priorities, timelines, and resources effectively
• Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to optimizing supply flows
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities

Technical Competencies:

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Experience as a user of supply planning tools, preferably Relex (knowledge of other tools is also acceptable)
• Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment strategies
