Role: Process Analyst - Global IT Asset Management System Implementation

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Our primary goal is to successfully implement a global IT asset management system

Required skills:

• Minimum experience of 6 years
• Design and documentation of new processes and procedures.
• Creation of visual process diagrams using Visio.
• Development and implementation of KPIs.
• Utilization of ServiceNow, PowerBi, and Jira for process management and reporting.
• Comprehensive support for the Global Process Owner in process design and signoff.
