Role: TecCom Specialist

Location: Porto – Hybrid (3x per week in the office)

Requirements:

• Configure, operate, and optimize TecAlliance TecCom platforms (Order, Availability, Delivery, Invoice), managing B2B communication processes and supporting partner onboarding and integration
• Analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI and TecCom message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC), ensuring reliable data exchanges and business continuity
• Maintain product, order, and partner configurations within the TecAlliance ecosystem, acting as the subject matter expert for TecCom processes and workflows
• Bring 2+ years of experience working with TecAlliance, TecCom, EDI, or automotive aftermarket systems, ideally in B2B integration or ERP order management contexts
• Apply project management principles, creating project documentation and user specifications to support delivery and coordination
• Work hands-on with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data integration processes, with strong attention to detail in system configuration and data validation
• Apply knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes to digital B2B communication scenarios, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a continuous process improvement mindset
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, communicating clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrate expertise using TecCom modules such as Availability Request, Order, Logistics, and Invoice

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
