Role: Application Support 

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• Experience in application support and maintenance of business-critical systems
• Experience supporting business users and managing support requests
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application and infrastructure layers
• Experience handling production incidents within SLA targets
• Experience with software configuration, parametrization, and application deployment across environments (UAT, Preproduction, Production)
• Experience performing impact analysis for change requests and coordinating with technical and infrastructure teams
• Experience contributing to infrastructure activities such as DR tests, backup/restore, and certificate renewals
• Experience with automation of deployment and configuration processes
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Experience with shell scripting
• Experience with C# and/or Java development
• Understanding of security best practices in development and deployment
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a plus
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server and/or MongoDB
• Experience in capacity management and cost optimization (FinOps) is a plus
• Ability to work in operational environments, including occasional weekend support
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
• Fluency in English
