Role: DevOps Architect (GitLab to GitHub Migration)

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Required skills:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in architecture roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale migration projects, particularly GitLab to GitHub
• Strong expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices
• Experience designing and implementing migration strategies for complex environments
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and YAML
• Solid experience with Git and version control best practices
• Experience with Terraform and cloud-native deployments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with distributed/offshore DevOps teams
• Ability to manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment across teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate complex initiatives
• Fluency in English
