Role: Senior Power BI Developer

Location: Hybrid – Porto (2x per week)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (Cloud)
• Implementation of advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively
• Strong experience in data modelling, Power Query, and advanced DAX optimization for enterprise-scale solutions
• Proven experience with Gen1 and Gen2 Dataflows in Power BI
• Experience drafting and illustrating BI architecture diagrams for scalable solutions
• Experience supporting Scorecards management and updates within SharePoint
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Dataverse tables to create integrated solutions supporting business processes
• Ability to ensure seamless connectivity between data sources and BI tools
• Experience monitoring and optimizing BI solutions for performance, scalability, and security
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance best practices
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
• Experience supporting KPI close responsibilities, including Monthly and Quarterly KPI analysis (variance, drivers, decliners, trend analysis)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and complex data modelling
• Advanced Power BI customization (custom visuals, themes, branding)
• Familiarity with CI/CD for BI deployments and version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus
